Course 2: Boxty (Irish potato cake) with Brussels sprout sauerkraut, tomatoes and English parsley sauce.

Entree: Dublin Coddle with barley, wild game sausage, bacon, pickled onion, and potato.

Dessert: Irish tea cake with black tea syrup
